2nd visit

On my second visit I went up to the first grade classroom to gather my folders and games. When i saw the teacher she informed me that the young boy who pees his pants was taken out of the program and in his place was a girl. I was very happy that I wouldn't have to deal with him anymore. Then i went down to the kindergarten class grabbed there stuff, and then observed the teachers and students until it was time to tutor the kids. The Kindergartners actually listen better, and are more excited than the first graders. The first graders are more hyper and want to fool around and socialize. I have to remind them more to pay attention and do what their told. They are still excited to play the games and read books with me.

First visit

When me and my partner first got to the school, we went into the office and asked where we should go. The Secretaries in the office were confused and didn't know what we were talking about. Finally one of them realized we were in the wrong school and had to go to the annex down the street. We got back into her car n drove down the street. Once we got to the school we say Sue and knew we were in the right place. We went down into the basement into their office. She explained our schedule, and what we would be doing while tutoring the kids. We then went and meet the teachers of the kids we would be tutoring. As we walked threw the school and looked around, I realized the school wasn't as worse as i thought. It was very small and cluttered but they worked as best they could with the small school. The teachers and students seemed happy to see us. The first grade teacher warned me about one of the boys in my group, he likes to pee his pants to prove a point, and doesn't listen very well. I really hope he never pees his pants while I'm there! Other than him i had a good group.
